One way that can enhance your effectiveness in answering any question in an appropriate and objective way is if you give the person who is asking your question time to complete asking. Some people take their time to specify exactly what they are seeking. If you answer a question before it is thoroughly asked can appear to be disrespectful. It is not a good idea to assume you know where the question is headed and should assist the person find the answer.
